Order Processing
The order approval process typically takes 1-3 days.
In-stock items are shipped after being processed, located, and packaged; add 2-3 days (to approval process) for FEDEX and 5-7 days (to approval process) for USPS.
If an item is not in-stock, we will notify you of the estimated ship date via e-mail. If a particular size is not shown in the size selection box for an item, that means it is currently not in-stock. If we are unable to process your order within 7 days, we will put it on backorder and we will notify you of the estimated delivery date via e-mail. If you do not respond to the e-mail, we will assume that you want your order to be processed and shipped when it becomes available.

charge your credit card until we ship your order.
Shipping and Handling
US Priority

HawaiiClothingCompany.com offers a FLAT $6.00 shipping
rate for all shipments within the United States sent
via US Priority Mail, no matter how many items you
order. Order approval processing is 1-3 days. Items will be shipped the day they are packed if packed by 4:00 PM Hawaii Standard Time (HST).
Please allow 6-10 days for delivery via USPS.
USPS ships Monday through Saturday. Federal Express (Fedex) delivers Monday through Friday. Federal Express does not deliver to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Fedex Air -
Customers can also choose to receive their purchase
via Fedex Air. Order approval processing is 1-3 days. Items will be shipped the day they are packed by 4:00 PM HST. Fedex does not deliver on
Saturdays. Please note, this means that your package
may take more than 3-6 days to reach its destination
from the time it was ordered. You will receive a
tracking number through e-mail so you can follow the
status of your order. If you live East of the Rocky Mountains allow an extra day for items to reach you.
Tax
We charge required Hawaii State excise tax of 4.166%
for Hawaii residents only.
Satisfaction Guarantee / Returns
If you need to exchange your item for a different size, you can send the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt. Go to our website and place a replacement order for your items. If you received damaged or incorrect items in your order, we will reimburse you for the cost of returning the package to us and you will not be charged for the shipping cost of your replacement order. If the size you want is not listed in the store, that means it is sold out so you may have to check the store for availability every few days.
If you want to return an item for a refund, simply ship the item back to us in its original condition along with the receipt for a refund. There is a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All exchanges and returns must be postmarked no later than 15 days after receipt. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credits to appear on your statement.
