Display Settings

It is recommended that you check your display settings and set the color palette to high color or better.

To do this, right-click on an empty area on the desktop and choose "Properties" from the menu that appears. You should see a window similar to the one on the right. Click on the "Settings" tab.

If your color palette options are only limited to 16 Color and 256 Color, your display adapter may not be configured correctly. Check your computer documentations.

Screen Saver Settings

From the same "Display Properties" window, click on "Screen Saver". Here you can select the screen saver and the amount of idle time the computer waits before launching the screen saver.

Click on "Settings" to set other options such as the duration, image display size, and transition effects.

Screen Saver Quick Start

A quick start shortcut is placed on the desktop to quickly launch the screen saver.

Screen Saver Control

A screen saver control icon is placed on the bottom right side of the task bar. Right click on this icon to display a menu of different options.
